Leadership Presence Assessment

There are 28 questions in the sales profile below. Rate your answers on a scale of one to four. The questions focus on four specific areas,

  • Being present - able to be completely in the moment and flexible enough to handle the unexpected.

  • Relationship building  - able to build relationships with others through empathy, listening, and authentic connection.

  • Communication - able to express feelings and emotions appropriately by using all means of expression-words, voice, body, face-to deliver one congruent message.

  • Authenticity - Able to accept myself, to be authentic, 
    and to reflect my values in my decisions and actions. 

A score of less than 14 in any category is a red flag, signaling the need to make some fast improvements in your Leadership Presence.
